金属软管总成的最高使用压力
本公司生产的300A以下套装一层软网的金属软管总成均能承受1Mpa的使用压力。
当使用压力超过1Mpa以及使用温度为非常温时,请告知使用条件参照《特殊订货须知》。
此情况下,有必要变更构造及制作条件。 软管管体性能(尺寸、性能表的说明)
1.弯曲半径
最小弯曲半径 与直线状配管保持相同的压力性能时,带网的软管总成所能允许的最小弯曲半径。
反复弯曲半径 在加压1Mpa反复弯曲3000次时,所允许的弯曲半径。
2.10cm长的软管管体伸缩反例
长度为10cm的软管管体被压缩或拉长1mm时,所需力的大小。
3.单位换算(公式中所表示位数的下一位四舍五入)
1kgf=0.98065N
1kfg/cm2=9.80665×102Mpa
